What’s included in the Wedding Experience?
Every tier includes exclusive venue use, a built-in setup/cleanup buffer, two planning visits, a coordination call, décor (wood tables, vintage chairs, string lights, greenery), access to the backyard/photo area, BYO food & drink, and an on-site host.
- Classic: Vendor coordination support (we liaise on arrival + setup timing). 
- Floral: Everything in Classic plus floral styling (choose 32 bud-vase florals or five table centerpieces) and extended vendor coordination. 
- All-In: Everything in Floral plus full-day access, a dedicated on-site coordinator managing timeline + vendors, ceremony-to-reception room reset, and extended planning. 
How many guests fit comfortably?
Up to 50 guests is the sweet spot for comfort, flow, and photos.
What are the hours? Can we arrive early?
- Classic / Floral: Up to 8 event hours (typically 3–11PM) + 1 setup hour + 30-min cleanup buffer. 
- All-In: Up to 10 total hours with a flexible start time. 
 Early hair/makeup/photo access is included in All-In (and can be added to other tiers).
Can we bring our own vendors (caterer, planner, florist, band)?
Yes. We welcome outside vendors. We provide vendor coordination as noted per tier to keep arrivals, setup, and flow smooth.
Do you allow alcohol?
Yes, for private events with responsible service. If you hire bartenders, they must be insured. (COI may be required—see below.)
What about music and sound?
Great for playlists and acoustic/low-amplification sets. No external DJs or large PA systems; use our in-house Bluetooth speaker for balanced sound and good neighbor vibes.
What are the floral options in the Floral Experience?
Choose 32 bud-vase florals (sweet, airy styling across tables) or five full table centerpieces (bigger focal moments). Palette is customizable.

      Do you have a backyard? Is there a rain plan? Yes, there’s a cozy ivy-lined backyard that’s perfect for portraits and mingling. For rain, we re-stage indoors; All-In includes staff-managed room resets. What’s the deposit and payment schedule? 
 A date-hold retainer is due to book; the balance is due the week of the event. (If you prefer 50/50 split, we can arrange that.)What’s your reschedule/cancellation policy? 
 You can reschedule once with advance notice (recommended: 45+ days) subject to availability. The date-hold retainer is non-refundable.Do we need insurance (COI)? 
 A COI is required for certain vendors (e.g., caterers, bartenders, rental companies). We’ll guide you and your vendor team.Is cleanup included? 
 Yes—standard trash haul and light cleanup assistance are included. Please remove personal items and vendor equipment by end time.Can we tour the space before booking? 
 Absolutely—two pre-event visits are included for planning, layouts, and walkthroughs.What happens if we go over time? 
 Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the prevailing rate and subject to staff availability. We’ll give you a 45-minute and 15-minute heads-up so there are no surprises.Where are you located?
