What experiences can we choose from?
Floral workshop, hand-building pottery, or a Deep Rest sound bath. You can also bring your own instructor if you want something different.
How many people can you host?
Up to 40 seated with full tablespace in the main studio (about 60 standing for mingle portions).
How long is a typical session?
A standard weekday block is 3 hours: 30-minute food/drink setup, 90-minute activity, then 60-minute hangout. Extra hours are available on request.
What’s included?
Private studio, tables/chairs, WiFi, Bluetooth speakers, host support, and access to the backyard for fresh-air breaks.
Floral: premium flowers, bud vases, tools, setup/cleanup, and a take-home bouquet per guest.
Pottery: clay, tools, glazes, firing, setup/cleanup (make a dinner plate, mug, or pet bowl).
Sound bath: plush 4" cushions, soft eye pillows, and a guided session for deep rest.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes—BYO is welcome or use preferred vendors. We recommend light bites/boxes for easy cleanup.
Do you provide AV?
Yes—mic + speaker, projector + screen (on request), and flexible layouts (U-shape, long tables, clusters).
Can vendors or helpers arrive early?
Yes—30 minutes early for setup is included.
Is there outdoor space?
Yes—the backyard is included for breaks and casual chats.
Where are you located and how do we get there?
Bat Haus is in Brooklyn, a short walk from Marcy Ave (J/M/Z) or Metropolitan/Lorimer (L/G) with neighborhood street parking available.
How far in advance should we book?
We suggest 3–4 weeks ahead to lock your ideal date—spring and fall fill fastest.
Accessibility notes?
Ground-level entry to the main studio; let us know any accessibility needs so we can prep layout and seating.
