Because midweek is quieter, we can usually match your exact timing, layout, and setup. It's the most affordable way to host a workshop, wellness day, pop-up, class, shoot, or team offsite in Williamsburg — Monday–Thursday until 10pm, Friday daytime until 5pm.

In 14 years, I've learned that off-peak hours are perfect for the things a conference room or rented studio can't do justice. The natural light makes a pop-up or shoot look effortless; the flexible layout and AV suit workshops, classes, and retreats; and the calm, private setting is ideal for wellness. Because midweek is quieter, we can usually accommodate your exact timing, layout, and setup — just tell us what you're planning.

How much does a weekday rental cost?

$200 per hour — Monday through Thursday all day until 10pm, and Friday daytime until 5pm — for up to 50 guests, including WiFi, AV, the kitchenette, and the private backyard. That's well below a weekend celebration package, so midweek is the most affordable way to book the space. Minimum booking hours may apply.
