Why families choose Bat Haus for their Nikah — نكاح
Because Bat Haus is fully bring-your-own, your Nikah works the way your family wants it to. Bring the halal caterer of your choice — or homemade dishes from family — with no catering markup and no outside-vendor fees. There is no bar requirement and no alcohol minimum, so an alcohol-free celebration is completely natural here, never an exception. Our open, flexible layout can be arranged for your ceremony, for family seating preferences, and for the meal that follows — see photos of the space and layouts here.
Every Culture Belongs Here
Bat Haus was founded by an immigrant woman, and that shapes everything about how we host. I know what it feels like to carry your culture into a place and wonder if it will be understood — so I built a space where you never have to wonder. Your language, your food, your music, your customs, and your family's way of doing things are welcome here exactly as they are — not accommodated, but celebrated.
When you book Bat Haus, you're not renting a room from a company. You're being hosted by someone who considers it an honor that your family's most important day happens in this space. Whether your family writes it Nikah or Nikkah, we'd be honored to host yours.

Real Nikahs at Bat Haus
Every Nikah here is arranged for the family celebrating it. A few we've been honored to host:
Zainab — January 2026
Fifty guests on a crisp winter Saturday, with the warm string lights and lanterns doing their best work — a new year opened with a new marriage.
Phalguni — April 2026
Sixty guests filled the space for a spring celebration, with the ceremony and meal flowing through the room and out to the backyard.
Juaria — July 2026
Fifty guests, a floral arch backdrop, and the whole space arranged for the ceremony and the meal to flow as one celebration.
Planning your ceremony backdrop? Bring your own arch vendor, or ask us about vendors past couples have loved — we're happy to share.
