Are there any hidden fees?

Why our flat fee saves you the most
In 14 years, the single biggest line item we see blow up an NYC event budget is the full-service catering minimum — often $5,000 or more before décor. A comparable private venue in NYC commonly runs $5,000–$15,000 all-in. Because Bat Haus is a flat $1,350–$1,850 and BYO, most hosts spend a fraction of that and put the savings into the food, drinks, and details they actually care about.
FAQs
How much does it cost to rent Bat Haus in Williamsburg Brooklyn?
Bat Haus rentals start at $1,350 for a 5-hour Essential package on Sunday daytime and go up to $1,850 for Saturday evening. The Styled package starts at $1,650, and Styled + Suite starts at $2,100. All packages include up to 50 guests and the full venue with private backyard.
What's the difference between Essential, Styled, and Styled + Suite?
Essential gives you the room as a clean canvas to decorate yourself. Styled adds in-house seasonal florals (20 bud-vase arrangements or 10 ikebana arrangements). Styled + Suite adds a signature entrance arrangement, five table florals, and an on-site assistant for the whole event.
Is there a corkage fee or catering markup at Bat Haus?
No. Bat Haus is bring-your-own-food and bring-your-own-alcohol with no corkage fee and no catering markup.
Can I add extra hours to my rental?
Yes — additional hours are available at $250 per hour, subject to schedule.
Does the rental include setup and cleanup?
Yes. Tables, chairs, lighting, and styling are set before you arrive, and our cleaning crew (Gary and Mo) handles trash and cleanup afterward.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekend dates, we recommend reaching out 6–8 weeks ahead, especially during spring and fall. Weekday bookings often have more flexibility.
