How much does it cost to rent Bat Haus?
Three rental packages for celebrations, plus separate corporate and per-person experience rates. Every package includes the full venue, the private backyard, setup, cleanup, and an on-site host.

❤️ Sunday daytime (11am–4pm or 12pm–5pm), for intimate gatherings of 25 guests or fewer — a flat $1,150 (Essential package only). It’s perfect for a kids’ birthday party or a small baby shower. This rate includes seating for 25, and to keep it reserved for truly small groups, we kindly ask that attendance stays at 25 or under. Thank you for helping us keep this special small-group pricing available for families on a tighter budget!

No. Bat Haus charges a flat rental fee with no corkage fee and no catering markup — because you bring your own food and drinks, you're not paying a per-head minimum or a percentage on top of catering. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.

In 14 years, the single biggest line item we see blow up an NYC event budget is the full-service catering minimum — often $5,000 or more before décor. Yes. Tables, chairs, lighting, and styling are set before you arrive, and our cleaning crew (Gary and Mo) handles trash and cleanup afterward.
How much does it cost to rent an event space for a corporate party in Brooklyn?
At Bat Haus, weekday corporate offsites are $275/hour with a 4-hour minimum (from $1,100), including WiFi, a projector and a mic. Evening corporate parties use our flat packages, from $1,650 on a Friday night. Everything is BYO, so there's no catering minimum.
