What’s included in the New Way package?

Depending on the experience you choose:

  • The floral workshop includes all flowers, vases, and tools.

  • The pottery workshop comes with clay, tools, glazing, and firing.

  • The sound bath session includes plush 4” ultra-comfort cushions and soft eye pillows for every guest.

  • The intentional-setting journaling session includes guided prompts, a relaxing sound bath, and a group tarot reading.

How long is the rental?

For groups of up to 12 people, the rental is 3 hours. For groups of 13 to 40, the experience extends to 5 hours.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages, or you can choose from our preferred catering partners for full service.

What’s the capacity of the space?

The venue accommodates up to 45 seated guests or approximately 60 standing guests, depending on layout.

Do you provide guidance or planning support?

Absolutely. The New Way package includes a planning consultation call with our host and a step-by-step event workbook to help everything run smoothly.

Meet your instructor

Natalie Chan

Natalie Chan, originally from Taiwan, is the visionary founder behind Bat Haus. Her creative journey began when she moved to the U.S. to pursue a graduate degree in Philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin, later studying Photography at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. In 2012, she co-founded Bat Haus in Bushwick, Brooklyn, transforming it into a beloved community space for coworking, workshops, and events. During the pandemic in 2020, Natalie relocated Bat Haus to its current Williamsburg location, where it continues to thrive. Beyond managing the space, Natalie teaches floral arrangement workshops, and leads immersive sound bath sessions, sharing her passion for creativity and mindfulness with the community. When she’s not at Bat Haus, she practices Ashtanga yoga, dances Argentine tango, and enjoys quiet moments at home in Nutley, NJ with her cat, Momo.
