Bridal Shower Flower Bar in Brooklyn | Bouquet Bar From $350

Every bridal shower host faces the same two questions: what will guests actually do, and what will they take home? A flower bar answers both at once — which is why it's become the most requested add-on for the bridal showers we host at Bat Haus in Williamsburg.

What is a bridal shower flower bar?

A bridal shower flower bar is a styled cart stocked with fresh seasonal flowers where guests build, wrap, and take home their own bouquets during the party. At Bat Haus, the cart arrives stocked and styled before your guests sit down, our attendant helps everyone snip and arrange, and each guest wraps their bouquet in kraft paper and twine. The activity and the favor become one and the same — no goodie bags required.

Unlike DIY bouquet bar kits you assemble yourself, ours is fully handled: setup, styling, guidance, and takedown are all included, so the host gets to be a guest too. And unlike hiring a separate floral vendor, the flower bar is built into the venue you're already booking, which keeps the day simple and the logistics in one place.

How much does a flower bar cost?

Our flower bar packages start at $350, and pricing scales with your guest count — roughly $20–$23 per guest across three tiers. The Petite package (from $350) covers intimate gatherings up to 15 guests; The Full Shower (from $550), our most-loved package, covers up to 25; and our largest package (from $800) handles celebrations up to 40. Every package includes cart setup and styling, fresh seasonal flowers, tools, and wraps, with your final quote confirmed on inquiry.

Why brides (and hosts) love it

A flower bar keeps guests mingling instead of sitting through scheduled games, photographs beautifully against the greenery and natural light in our space, and sends everyone home with something fresh rather than another candle. It's on-theme for a bridal shower without feeling clichéd — and the bride traditionally goes home with the lushest bouquet of the day. It pairs perfectly with the BYO brunch-and-bubbly format most of our hosts choose, since Bat Haus lets you bring your own food and drinks.

Making it a full shower day

The flower bar can be added to any space rental, or to a floral workshop booking if your group wants a deeper hands-on experience — our bridal floral workshop is the step-up option where guests learn arranging techniques from our in-house florist. For planning help beyond the flowers, our 2026 guide to hosting an experiential bridal shower in NYC walks through timelines, layouts, and food.

Summer and early-fall shower season books quickly at 459 Grand Street, especially weekend brunch slots — if you have a date in mind, it's worth holding it now.
