Bat Haus is an event venue at 459 Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and we've been hosting gatherings here since 2012. Our flower bar started as a shower and birthday favorite, and over the past few seasons it's become one of the most-requested additions to holiday parties, Friendsgiving dinners, and end-of-year team celebrations.

A flower bar is a build-your-own bouquet station: we set out an abundant spread of fresh stems and greenery, and your guests create their own bouquets to wrap and take home. It suits every age and every level of craftiness, which is exactly what you want when your guest list mixes coworkers, partners, grandparents, or clients.

Where you take it from there depends on your guest count and how lush you want the spread — reach out with your headcount and date, and we'll shape it to your party and your budget. Because our in-house team does the florals, there's no outside vendor to coordinate: the flowers are ready when your party starts.

When should you book a holiday flower bar?

Book 6–8 weeks ahead if you can — that means now for late November and December dates. Fridays and Saturdays in December are always the first to go, and flower orders are placed in advance, so the earlier we know your date, the better the bar will be.
