Bat Haus is an event venue at 459 Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and our flower bar works two ways: it travels to your office or venue, or it joins a party here. How much does a flower bar for an office holiday party in NYC cost?
A Bat Haus flower bar in New York City starts at $1,150 for up to 40 guests, plus a $150 travel fee. Each additional guest is $22, so a party of 60 comes to $1,740. That includes a styled cart, premium blooms, setup, wrap and twine, breakdown, and a two-hour attendant.
Two add-ons are worth knowing about. A custom color theme is $40, handy if you want the flowers to match your brand palette or a holiday scheme. Premium blooms such as peonies and garden roses add $3 to $5 per guest. Groups larger than 60 get a custom quote through our contact form.
How does a flower bar work at a party?
At a Bat Haus flower bar, guests walk up to a styled cart, choose their own seasonal flowers and greenery, snip and arrange them, and wrap the bouquet in kraft paper and twine. An attendant helps throughout, no floral experience is needed, and everyone takes a bouquet home.
It takes only a few feet of space near your guests, so it fits comfortably into a happy hour, a lunch, or the corner of a larger party. Because every guest leaves with flowers, it works as flowers instead of favors, and it gives people something to do besides standing with a drink.
Can the flower bar come to my office or venue in NYC?
Yes. Bat Haus brings its flower bar to offices, restaurants, homes, and other venues anywhere in New York City. We set up the styled cart, run it with an attendant for two hours, and break it all down afterward, so your team only needs to clear a few feet of space.
For a team party, that means no florist coordination on your side and no cleanup afterward. Send us the date, address, and guest count, and I’ll confirm availability and a total.
Can we hold the party at Bat Haus and add a flower bar?
Yes. Bat Haus rentals start at $1,350 for five hours and hold up to 60 guests, and a flower bar is added on the day. Petite is from $450 for up to 20 guests, Classic from $750 for up to 35, and Lavish from $1,150 for up to 60.
