Micro-Wedding Florals at Bat Haus: Intimate, Photogenic, Effortless
A micro-wedding doesn’t mean a smaller feeling—it means sharper focus. With fewer guests, every detail becomes the experience. At Bat Haus in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, our in-house florals are built for intimate celebrations: camera-ready pieces that move guests gracefully from welcome → dinner → toast. We also offer off-site floral service for nearby venues and private homes across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Northern NJ (select dates).
The Three Moments That Matter
1) Signature Entryway — the first impression.
Place a styled focal at the door, check-in, or bar. It frames signage, name cards, and that first selfie while signaling your palette from the start.
2) Low-and-Long Tables — the dinner story.
On our 8′ × 2′ wood tables, low-profile runners keep sightlines clear for toasts and photos. You get a lush look that never competes with faces, glassware, or family-style service.
3) Bud-Vase Lines — the personal touch.
A repeating run of minis adds rhythm to the table and doubles as take-home favors. Guests leave with something they love; the room stays airy and conversation-friendly.
Why Micro-Weddings Love In-House
On-site placement: We deliver and place every piece so the room is photo-ready when you arrive.
Palette-first design: Seasonal stems tuned to your vibe—modern/minimal, soft/romantic, or bold/brilliant.
Flow-aware: We design for movement: aisle, dinner service, cake, backyard toasts.
Sustainable where possible: Foam-free mechanics and smart hydration.
Off-Site? We’ll scale and place these same elements at apartments, brownstones, restaurants, lofts, and boutique venues—bringing risers, liners, and a tidy footprint for quick setup and strike. COI available for corporate properties.
Sample Run-of-Show
Arrival: Entry floral frames welcome table; soft bud vases dot the bar.
Ceremony / Vows: Petite altar piece or two floor-level clusters that later migrate to the cake or head table.
Dinner: Low-and-long down each 8′ table; candles woven between arrangements.
Finale: Invite guests to take a bud vase home—your favor table is built into the design.
Good / Better / Best
Good: Entry focal + bud-vase line (impact + favors)
Better: Entry focal + low-and-long tables (cohesive, photogenic)
Best: Entry + low-and-long + bud-vase favors (full story, minimal fuss)
