A 4-hour minimum applies to all bookings. Setup and breakdown are part of your billed window.

Do setup and breakdown time count toward the cost?

Yes. Your invoice reflects the total time from setup start to breakdown end.

Yes. Weekday daytime bookings fully within 8 AM–5 PM can use a $850 flat rate.

Daytime (8 AM–5 PM) is $100/hour or $850 flat for a full day; Evening (5 PM–Midnight) is $230/hour.

Daytime (8 AM–5 PM) is $200/hour; Evening (5 PM–Midnight) is $250/hour.
